NOT ME ! I treat every single staircase as if it was my own , being my own biggest critique about everything I do and making sure everything is 110 %. I ’ ve devised a way of making the staircase the strongest it can possibly be without compromising the staircase to start . The components are full of character and a massive feature to anyone ’ s home with the use of thick chunky natural solid prime grade European oak that I ’ ve made myself in-house from one of the best quality hardwoods you can buy . The oak I use is traceable right down to the Forrest it ’ s grown . Now how many people can say that , from selecting - making - installing the connection is there right the way through me . They are a long term investment from maintenance & could be a selling factor of the house and will 100 % add value to any home and will go on to last a lifetime .
How Long Do They Take To Complete ?
So as a rule , from call out to completion of the joinery work it is about 8 working days and that ’ s 3 days off site selecting and making the components and 5 days onsite installing everything . The glass takes 10 - 12 working days to be made bespoke , annealed then fitting . Spindles are done within the 5 day installation . It is just myself and the client from start to finish on every job .
What are your future plans for 2025 ?
To be honest I am blessed for today and getting this far on my own never mind the rest of the year haha , I just need to keep doing what I ’ m doing and keep the faith my work ethic and ability will take me where I need to go but lots of oak & glass filled transformations in the meantime .
How Much Are Your Staircase Reno ’ s ?
The average staircase in a regular size house can be upwards of £ 4500 . However , my staircases which all have high end results using solid oak components featuring glass or spindles pending which option you prefer work out a fraction of that . My quotes are very detailed and always broken down into options so the customer can pick and choose to suit their budget . I ’ ve been compared to the well known high end staircase brands but without the extra ££££' s I pride myself on quality but at affordable prices which compare more to mass produced staircases .
