Today , Burnt serves an everchanging menu , offering great food to share with family and friends , in a relaxed setting , either in the restaurants or on the outdoor terrace .
On with the show ! Starters :
· Rosemary and thyme focaccia with olive oil and sea salt .
· A plate of Coppa , Proscuitto Crudo and Salami Napoli .
· Caesar Salad with romaine lettuce , smoked bacon , anchovy , boiled egg , croutons and Caesar dressing .
Burnt Truffle is next level bistro comfort food , but so much more , yet surprisingly incredible value and so substantial you won ’ t be popping into the chippy on the way home for sure .
After spending a few hours with the very charming and acutely knowledgeable Maya and her excellent team , it was clear that every element had a level of finesse , reminding us that Gary Usher ' s carefully crafted vision is still very much a flavour sensation , of the highest quality in this category .
