What ’ s your background ? By trade we ’ re both accountants , we met at the start of our career and have been together since . We have been involved in several businesses together . We had a textile recycling company manufacturing textile banks that were located throughout the UK . Collecting textiles donated by the public , on behalf of various charities , including Air Ambulance Services and Christie ’ s . The business donated over £ 10 million to these charities , which was an incredible achievement . The Air Ambulance service isn ’ t government funded and saves so many lives every year , so it felt amazing to help such a critical and lifesaving charity .
Why did you choose this particular new direction ? While we were pondering our next move , I took a bit of time out to look after my uncle , sister , and mum who have all now sadly passed away . It gave me the time to help them as much as I could , and make the most of our time together . I found that having a manicure and pedicure was my little escape from all the upset and heartache I was going through . It sounds simple , but it helped me through and gave me ‘ My Me Time ’. I used to see this lady . She didn ’ t know me , I could talk , cry , and laugh with her and then walk away knowing she was ok , and I felt a little better , just having time to rest . It really was my therapy at a time when I most needed it . Previously , having a beauty treatment or a massage was something I had either before I went on holiday or whilst I was there . I love how relaxed and pampered you feel afterwards and wanted to make this available to anyone .
Your staff are famously important to you ? For us , the staff are the business . Without them believing in the vision , values and dedication , we have nothing . That is why we always want to help them fulfil their ambitions . We do this through training , listening to their dreams and allowing these to change as their lives develop . This work life balance is of utmost importance to us , and we appreciate that flexibility is a key requirement in today ’ s world . Paying them well and having a clear plan in place so they know what they can achieve . This has led to a team based on trust , respect and feeling greatly valued .

Our aim with the refurbishment and employing the new team , is to make you feel like you are entering a little oasis , of warmth , caring , and relaxation . Giving you the feeling you are in a Spa , and everything is luxurious , special and you will receive a real pamper and treat , in a safe and friendly environment , where we will fully dedicate ourselves and our time to you but focusing also on results driven treatments . Advising and being the industry experts in all aspects of what we do . Using only the best products and devices to give you optimal outcome in all treatments . Whether that be giving the best skincare advice and treatments for all types of skincare issues from scarring , acne , stretch marks , anti-ageing solutions or body contouring , toning , lymphatic drainage to aid in weight loss , all done in a non-surgical way , allowing you to relax and enjoy your time with us .
