It ’ s Spring time and the world of interiors is buzzing with the news of furniture trends coming out of the recent Milan Furniture Trade Show . Salone del Mobile is called the Super Bowl of interiors . The event dates back to the 1960 ’ s but has grown in to the ‘ must see ’ event of the interior world . Pop ups , launches and cocktail parties abound in the elegant surroundings of Italy ’ s second city . David Lynch was also a contributor this year , the only consistency is the abundant flow of Campari at Bar Basso !

New Collection from Hermes - There is a new energy bursting forth from Milan which we are looking forward to tapping into at Kingston Shaw for our clients . If you get to go to Milan in the near future , you simply must stay at Grand Hotel et de Milan , eat at Latteria San Marco , Take gelato at Bar Luce and take a day trip to Lake Como . Ciao !
