THE BUTCHERS CUT by Muffs of Bromborough

Finally we are enjoying some beautiful weather after what seems like a very long winter . We have had a busy start to the year with lots of customers getting involved with what ' s going on in store .
For National Butchers week , we gave away a Butchery Masterclass experience . We had a fantastic response from the youngsters in our area which is brilliant . Harry Quayle won the golden ticket and was accompanied by his dad Jerry . They learned knife sharpening , sausage making , added value , and even serving ! We have been working hard on our gourmet range with lots of new lines , they have been going down very well . Our new Head Chef Andy has been very well received and is working well with the Deli team to continue smashing out all your favourites as well as some new tasty dishes .
On the agenda for the next few weeks is we are looking forward to appearing at Torr Park , Eastham for the second time . Last year was a fabulous event with lots going on for all the family . We will be there providing the hot food again so come over and say hello on the 1st June . The Bromborough Village Fair is on the 15th June this year and is always a highlight of our year . Come down and get involved with all the fun !
Fathers Day is 16th of June and is always a really busy one for us . Lets face it , the way to a man ' s heart is through his stomach !! We will be putting on all sorts of specials - we will have you covered , what ' s his favourite ? Sausage , Steaks , Ribs or Beers from Brimstage - we will have it in store .
We are now in full flow with our BBQ range . We have all the favourites as well as some new lines such as the Pork Chorizo Burger , Pork Steak Shish Kebabs and Mesquite BBQ King Ribs .
