Heswall based , Linghams Booksellers , have held a number of successful events during the recent weeks .
Speaking about the events , Sue Porter , owner at Linghams said : " The David Walliams book event in association with Book a Bookshop . It was a sell out event for 800 people , followed by a meet and greet with the man himself ! David was talking all about his new book ' The World ’ s Worst Monsters '. Some guests started reading it straight away .
" Fiona Cummins also popped in to sign stock , along with book signings with the best selling author Frank Cotrell Boyce .
" Kate Mosse , author of ' Carcassonne ' visited Linghams to talk about ' The Ghost Ship ', her new Sunday times best selling book .
