THE RED FOX BEER FESTIVAL
After 4 years away it was brilliant to see the return of the famous Red Fox Beer Festival from the 15th to the 18th June . The marquee provided by local firm Astra Marquees featured a bar with 30 Cask beer , 20 keg beers and 10 ciders provided by another local business NW bars .
James Appleton ( Deputy Manager ) curated a stunning line up covering some amazing beers and ciders .
The event kicked off on Thursday with a charity quiz raising money for 2 amazing charities Mountain Rescue and Cardiac Risk in the Young ( C-R-Y ).
On Saturday the pub was presented with 2 prestigious awards - Wirral CAMRA ‘ Pub of the year ’ and also Wirral CAMRA ‘ Cider pub of the year ’
‘ The Outfoxed ’ the new stretch tent with Pizza kitchen was in full swing providing Pizza & Fries alongside a selection of drinks including ' Slushies and Cocktails '.
Landlord David Green said “ It was amazing to see so many people back and supporting our beer festival – I am so grateful to everyone who has come to support the event ”
