THE MOUSE ANNOUNCE THE WINNER OF THEIR ' WIN A WEDDING ' COMPETITION
Readers may remember back in October we were given an incredible prize to promote by one of our favourite venues - The Mouse at Brimstage . Following Covid and the hike in prices in the general cost of living , The Mouse offered one lucky couple a free wedding to the cost of £ 10,000 . Wow .
We can now reveal our lucky winners are Nicola Moore and Declan Taylor . Out of over 400 applicants , Nicola and Declan were deemed worthy winners and are now looking forward to their big day at The Mouse in Brimstage . Following on from the incredible complimentary food , drink and venue hire from The Mouse , Nicola and Declan were then overwhelmed to receive further free offerings from Wirral Life Photography , designer cake maker Katzkupcakes and Nicola ' s dream wedding dress provided for free by Meringue , Wirral ’ s luxurious bridal boutique , and suit from Munros Menswear .
Winner Nicola said : " Honestly , I don ’ t have the words to explain how lucky we feel to win this competition . I still pinch myself daily to make sure I am not dreaming . I remember receiving the call from Si and Danni to tell me we had won the wedding , and honestly I thought they were scamming me at first because I just thought , something this amazing could never happen to me !"
" We viewed the Mouse as a potential wedding venue and instantly fell in love . They told us that they had a wedding competition running and I entered because I just thought why not ?
" We are so lucky to have met such friendly and inspirational people . I would like to thank you all so much , words will never describe how grateful we are to each and every one of you . The Mouse have been hosting weddings for many years now but have recently renovated their own intimate chapel and introduced a wide variety of extras to their packages .
