MANOR GREASBY OPENS ITS DOORS
Following an extensive refurbishment , The Manor at Greasby officially opened its doors on Friday 17th March , which was followed by a hugely successful opening weekend . The new Wirral restaurant and wedding barn has been highly anticipated by locals across the village and beyond .
New Wirral venue , The Manor at Greasby , opened last Friday , just in time for Mother ’ s Day . This followed a successful press and VIP launch party on Thursday 16th March , where the team hosted over 300 guests , including Lord Mayor , Cllr Jeff Green , who was one of many thrilled to be amongst the first to see the refurbished venue .
Following the announcement that Nelson Hotels & Inns , the award-winning family-run collection of hotels , inns and restaurants , was taking over operations of The Manor at Greasby , there has been much excitement from the locals and businesses in the area to find out what would be in store for the historic , 17th century Grade II listed building .
Bringing together their acclaimed mix of delicious food , drink and unrivalled service , the Nelson Hotels & Inns team has created a multiuse space , catering for all tastes .
The refurbished dining space offers an elevated menu within a relaxed and welcoming setting , accompanied by luxe interiors , cosy seating and a state-of-the-art open kitchen . An adjoining luxury wedding and events venue also sits on site , which can host up to 80 seated guests .
During the official launch event , guests were able to not only see the new-look , but also sample mini portions of signature dishes including fish and chips and miso glazed chicken all whilst enjoying unlimited fizz . One guest who attended the launch party , comments : “ Absolutely amazing venue , friendly staff and management and very knowledgeable about the menus . Sample food and drinks were exceptional , we can ’ t wait to visit again .”
