WOODCOTE HOTEL NOW OFFERING DREAM WEDDINGS
The Woodcote Hotel and White Events request the pleasure of your presence as they join together for a Wedding Fayre on 5th of March 2023 from 12pm – 4pm at 3 Hooton Road , Hooton , CH66 1QU .
The Woodcote Hotel is proud to host their first wedding fayre as they showcase the wedding possibilities at their venue along with the creative style and elegant dressings of White Events .
They are very excited to announce that they are now licensed to offer civil ceremonies at their location whether in the Orchard Suite , on the patio , or in the Victorian garden . The team will greet you on arrival with prosecco and canapés along with live entertainment as you imagine the potential of the perfect wedding day .
Events Manager , Laura Moore has been with The Woodcote Hotel for six years and has a passion for planning events of all types from weddings , birthdays , christenings , and life celebrations . She , along with assistant manager , Stephanie Malcolm , strive to make each occasion stress-free and pleasant . Both have a deep passion for creating an exhilarating experience for our clients and use their artistic talents to design the perfect package for each event .
The Woodcote has four main wedding packages to choose from to fit the individual needs of the wedding couple from our most economical option or a grander option which includes the ability to retain all sixteen rooms in the hotel . We offer a traditional menu option or can create a bespoke menu to suite your needs . Our Orchard Suite can accommodate up to 90 guests for a seated plan or up to 120 guests for buffet choice .
The Woodcote Hotel is delighted to have the opportunity to combine forces with Dan Rossi , the owner of White Events as we are both family run businesses which allows us more flexibility to create a more personal and intimate experience when planning the perfect wedding day . The combination of the Woodcote ’ s exclusive private setting in the village of Hooton with the dedication of White Events venue dressing expertise , we are confident for a smooth special day .
White Events has been in business for 13 years and won 12 awards to date for party planning services . Dan , who has always loved planning parties for friends and family at an early age was able to turn that passion into a rewarding career .
They offer two main packages called the LUX package with 10 services and the EXCL with 15 service features as well as bespoke options to fit everyone ’ s needs . Services include an LED dance floor to floral centrepiece arrangements to charger plates and Chiavari chairs . White Events can include packages for the ceremony as well including an aisle carpet , plinths , up to 6 floral centrepieces , floating candles down the aisle , petals , lanterns & registrar table dressings . The floral centrepieces are made in house by our own florist and have the ability to make bespoke arrangements including bouquets and buttonholes to match .
