IN BRIEF
IN MEMORY OF
STAN OLIVIERI
FREEMASONS RAISE FUNDS
FOR THE NORTH WEST
AIR AMBULANCE
Highly regarded local businessman Stan Olivieri has
passed away on January 30th 2019 at the age of 74.
Stan and wife Alison established the successful Olivieri’s outside
catering company, one of the first of its kind on the Wirral. Stan was
inspired by his grandparents Olivo and Olivia who landed on the Wirral
from Italy during WW2, opening their own renowned family cafe
‘Olivieri’s’ opposite Hamilton Square station. Stan and his family used
their love of Christmas to help a selection of charities over the last 30
years, collecting via a grotto in their famous festively decorated house in
Higher Bebington. You’ll also have seen him as Santa himself collecting
with the Lions charity on the road in their travelling sleigh or as an elf
in his red vintage Triumph Spitfire. He is survived by wife Alison (who
will continue with Olivieri’s Catering), children Helen, Richard, Kerry,
Debra, and grandchildren Mason, Max, Cameron, Kristan and Jessica.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
