This month we have an exclusive interview with Elvis Costello. Elvis
is back with his new album ‘Look Now.’ It has been 20 years in the
making and sees the songwriter work with his heroes Burt Bacharach
and Carole King. He’s heading home in February to play the Olympia
in Liverpool.
The Wirral Life Awards 2019 took place at Thornton Manor earlier
this month and were an astounding success with over 700 people in
attendance. Congratulations to all of the winners and finalists. Winners
and photographs can be found in our special feature on page. 25. We're
also delighted to announce the return of the awards on 6th November
2020, save the date!
Our Gastro Grazer, Carl Housbey, has been to The Marram Grass in
Anglesey to check out the menu. The Marram Grass is headed up by
Liverpool brothers, Liam and Ellis Barrie, who will also be launching
their new restaurant at the Albert Dock next year. We can't wait!
