12 months ago, when Westminster Associates headline sponsored the first
awards, nobody had a clue who we were. What’s followed is without a doubt,
one of the best things we’ve ever done, professionally and personally, and to
say the last 12 months has been extraordinary for us would be a complete
understatement. It’s been a whirlwind of new clients, new friends and new
memories. Thank you for what the Wirral Life family and magazine have
done for us, from the bottom of our hearts! We’ve met some of the kindest,
smartest and craziest people ever, and been involved in some amazing
things.
Being so immersed so quickly into the businesses and lives of our peninsula
has also shown us that whilst we’re all passionate about making our Wirral a
success, we’re also not always pointed in the same direction – or at least we
might not think we are. It seems to us that we’re all violently agreeing with
one another, but articulating it in different ways, and because of that, things
sometimes get lost in translation.
At Westminster Associates, we partner with business owners, CEO’s, senior
teams and their people to help them connect, collaborate and communicate
with one another in the most effective way, so that people can bring the best
of themselves to work, and ultimately, so they can attract and retain custom-
ers and employees.
