Woodside Ferry Village in Wirral has been named in the top 12 city-based food markets in the UK by Visit Britain . The food market has been included in the exclusive list due to its " artsy produce , proper tasty nosh and sweeping citywide views ."
Woodside Ferry Village was launched in June 2019 by Wirral Chamber Of Commerce and has transformed the former ferry terminal booking hall into a vibrant dining space . The market has a huge range of food and drink on offer .

The market is open Wednesday to Sunday , offering views over to Liverpool and two newly opened bars , Pausha wine and cocktail bar and Murphy ’ s gin and beer bar , as well as outdoor markets every weekend . The food and drink vendors inside the venue include American burger joint Scooby ’ s , Japanese fusion restaurant , Haku , vegan venue Joro , Wirral favourite Caffe Cream , Greek restaurant Alex ’ s Pita and more .
The Woodside Ferry Village independent markets attract an abundance of local makers , bakers and creators who offer a wide range of artisan goods , every weekend between 10am and 4pm .

Woodside Ferry Village is located at Woodside Ferry Terminal and is open Wednesday to Sunday , with weekend markets operating in chalets outside on Saturdays and Sundays .
