Ethel and Earl
Ethel and Earl were enjoying their morning
coffee and reading the newpaper when Earl
started a very hypothetical discussion:
He asked Ethel, “If Hollywood were to make
a movie based on our lives, what movie star
would you pick to play you.”
Ethel thought a moment then replied, “ I
guess it would probably be Raquel Welch.
She is sultry, yet sophisticated.”
Earl was pondering her answer when she
asked him,
"Who would you pick to portray you?"
He thought about it for a minute, then
answered, "Pierce Brosnan, you know, the
British actor who played James Bond."
"Oh, in that case," Ethel said,
"I would just play myself."
