Preliminary Program Is Available
IWCS, Inc., producer of the International Cable
& Connectivity Symposium, announces that
online registration for IWCS 2019 is open on
the iwcs.org website.
The conference will be held in Charlotte, North
Carolina, USA on September 29-October 2, 2019.
Potential attendees can view the Preliminary
Program on topics that will be addressed in more
than 125 papers and presentations in 18 compelling
sessions over 3 full days. Those who register before
August 30 will have significant savings through the
early bird discount.
As the premier venue for new technologies in
cable and connectivity products, processes and
applications, great care was taken in choosing the
papers to be presented. Thirty members of the
IWCS 2019 Symposium Committee, representing
companies from 11 countries, met in April to review
hundreds of responses to the Call for Papers to
generate an extremely high-caliber program.
“As always, there was an impressive response of
high quality proposals to this year’s call for papers,”
said Eric Whitham, of OFS and Chairman of the
IWCS Symposium Committee, “and we believe the
committee selections will provide a very informative
2019 symposium.”
A variety of strong Professional Development
Courses will be offered, providing a great learning
opportunity from industry experts. Four Core
Courses for those new to the industry will be on
Sunday afternoon. An additional four Elective
Courses on Monday morning will provide the latest
technology innovations in the industry, allowing
participants to be fully briefed on current issues and
activities. Two of the electives are totally new this
year.
