Niehoff and the 11 th CRU Wire & Cable Conference Conference presentation and plant visit in Schwabach Complete solutions from a single source Maschinenfabrik Niehoff, one of the internationally leading manufacturers and suppliers of wire and cable machinery, supports the 11th CRU Wire & Cable Conference, which is being held 17-19th July in Munich, Germany. The conference will offer over 30 presentations. The Niehoff contribution will explain “How a machine manufacturer is reacting to the ever changing market environment and offering benefits for Energy Cable Producers” (www.wireandcableconference.com). One of the highlights of this CRU event will be a journey to the Niehoff headquarters in Schwabach to visit the new plant and some of its facilities. The plant was built in the period from 2008 to 2016 and is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. Among other things, the visitors will get an insight into the production procedures and the activities in the areas of quality assurance and customer service. Maschinenfabrik Niehoff develops and builds with an experience of more than 60 years all machinery – with the exception of extruders – needed for the production of wires made from non-ferrous metals and the further processing into automotive, power, data and special cables. In addition, the portfolio contains technical assistance by professional specialists who speak the customers´ languages. The reliable supply with original Niehoff wear parts and spare parts, machinery inspection, refurbishment and maintenance measures as well as machine operator and maintenance training courses complete the range of services.
