Program Refunds
For all programs , camps , special events and trips , full refunds will be granted up to the registration deadline . Our full refund policy is available online at nssra . org / us / policies / registration-policies /.
Waiting List
When you register for most programs , you will be placed on a waitlist until the NSSRA conducts the lottery . If the program you have selected is in high demand and becomes full once the lottery concludes , you will remain on the waiting list . Your position on the waiting list is based on the lottery results and will be visible on your receipt . We will do our best to accommodate the waiting lists , but available program openings depend on staffing needs , transportation , facility space , and pre-purchased tickets . NSSRA staff will monitor the waiting lists throughout the season , and we will contact you if a spot opens up in the program .
Please note that registration for overnight trips will be on a first-come-first-served basis .
Program & Transportation Fees
Each program and event listed in our program guide is assigned one code and one fee . If the program offers optional transportation , a separate code and fee will be listed .
Primary Mailing Address
When a participant ’ s parents or guardians have multiple mailing addresses , all of our correspondence is sent to the address listed on the program registration form . If another parent or guardian , living at a different address , would like to receive information from NSSRA , the person who signs the registration form must submit a written request to Superintendent Mel Robson at mrobson @ nssra . org . Program and participant information will also be communicated to the individual who signs the registration form . Sometimes the person who signs the registration form and the person who pays program fees are different . Nevertheless , the person who signs the registration form is NSSRA ’ s primary contact .
