Special Olympics District Tournaments
We are preparing for the upcoming Special Olympics District Tournaments , where athletes from all sports will have the opportunity to compete and qualify for . Please note that finishing in first place at these tournaments will qualify you for the State Tournament in a designated sport .
The tournament dates are determined by Special Olympics , and unfortunately , we have no control over them . All important dates will either be included in the program , or we will communicate additional information as it becomes available .
To facilitate your participation , flyers will be distributed by Lacey Allen , our Recreation Specialist . These flyers will serve as a “ save the date ” notification . As we receive more information from Special Olympics , updated details , along with a registration form , will be emailed out . Please be aware that there will be a set deadline for registration .
