On two cool, misty early Winter mornings, over 100 volunteers were at the Kiwanis Fairgrounds as 500 Fannin County High students participated in Teen Maze. At this event students face consequences of randomly selected life-style choices associated with risky youth behaviors in a safe and controlled environment. The maze is set up as an interac- tive “Game of Life”. Students examined the consequences of life’s choices in a hands-on, realistic and educational way. The goal is to increase understanding of personal responsibility and the importance of positive life choices. Connections, Winter/Spring 2016-17 Edition Fannin County Family Connection P.O.
