Saint David ’ s families laced up , skated up a storm , and enjoyed a fantastic night at Wollman Rink when the Family Skating Party returned after a two-year hiatus . Family Skating Chairs Kenneth Austin , Franco Finstad , and Alexa Scanlon worked hard to ensure a fun-filled night for the Saint David ’ s community .

Drive in Support of Migrant Families
When the urgent need to assist the influx of migrants to New York City arose in early fall , our Parents Association stepped up to partner with the Little Sisters of the Assumption ( LSA ) Family Health Service to collect personal hygiene items . It took our Community Service Committee only 12 days from when they received notice of LSA ’ s needs to the first items being distributed to LSA clients . Thanks to the support of the Saint David ’ s community , 13 volunteers , including five of our boys , provided close to 50 hours of service and were able to deliver and sort an estimated 2,000 items for donation . This extraordinary effort by our community spread even further by inspiring similar drives at three other institutions .
