Every year I wait to see the symbol of spring
in Poland - a white stork . Storks are huge and
magnificent birds that come to my country
every spring from Africa . They are very
intelligent and every year come back to the
same place . They are believed to bring good
luck and they symbolise the coming of spring .
Apart from them I also love to see snowdrops ,
pasque flowers , crocuses and daffodils . People
often have the flowers in their gardens and
they all bloom in spring . Generally the
gardens and parks are full of different colours
because of different flowers and trees
blooming . Spring is such a cheerful season , it
makes me happy after long and boring winter .
Every year I wait for the season to come .
