" The 8 th of March "
There are many important holidays in a calendar , but my
favourite one is March 8th . Everybody knows that it ’ s an
international Women ’ s Day , but for me it ’ s a special day ,
because it is also the Mother ' s Day . First of all , it ’ s the   day
when children are happy to speak about their Moms and
give them special gifts . It is beginning of spring , which is
my favourite season , and the weather is almost always fine
on this day . Secondly , people seem to become happier on
this day . Women receive presents and compliments , while
men are glad to pay extra attention to their loved ones .
None of them is left without a present or special attention
on March the 8th . Mothers , grandmothers , sisters ,
girlfriends , wives , daughters - they are all treated with
respect and admiration .
Finally , i would like to mention that at College of Ecology
we do celebrate the Mother ' s Day . We have variuou
activities which make us feel how important is mother in
our life , a preson that we also have to respect and protect .
