Christmas Past: A Candlelight Experience
F, December 11 Time Slots from 5:30-7:45 pm
Step back in time and experience the warmth and wonder of the holidays in the historic 1856 Kennicott House. As candlelight fills the beautifully decorated rooms, a historically dressed guide will welcome you into the traditions, stories and celebrations of Christmas in the Victorian era. Explore the house after hours, discover how families prepared for and celebrated the holidays long ago, and imagine Christmas in a home lit by candlelight rather than electricity. End your evening with a warm holiday beverage and a freshly baked cookie.
