This class moves at a slow pace, and works to improve on technique and expand on your ability to execute more of the ballet vocabulary. Perfect for students who have never taken ballet or it’ s just a faint memory!

This class will focus on placement and alignment while building strength and flexibility. Includes barre and center floor work. Students should have had at least one year of prior ballet training. Ballet shoes required.

Whether you ' re brand new to tap or returning after some time away, this class offers a fun, supportive environment to explore rhythm, musicality, and classic tap technique.

This performing group builds on basic tap skills learned during the beginning level class including stretching, warm-up and work on tap technique with music. Tap shoes required. Taught by Teresa Grodsky; instructor approval is required for this class.

Ballet Flow is an open level ballet class designed for adults( age 16 +) who want to explore the beauty of ballet in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. This class blends classical ballet technique with smooth, continuous movement, this classes encourages personal expression and body awareness while gaining strength, and flexibility.
