SPEED SKATING
Speed Skating Level I
This class is open to skaters who are at or above Learn to Skate Basic 4 . This class introduces skaters to starting position , fall and recovery , tracking , strides , slalom , and other basic speed skating techniques . Gloves , shin , neck guard , and a helmet are required . Figure skaters , hockey players , and speed skaters are invited to participate and can use their own skates .
