Whether it ’ s a birthday party , shower , family reunion , company picnic , business retreat or scout troop meeting , one of our 13 fieldhouses can be the perfect setting for your next event ! The quaint , cabin-like facilities are available for rent whenever they are not used for park district and / or recognized organization programs .
Fieldhouses are not air conditioned ( except for Willow Park Fieldhouse ).
Amenities Include :
• Exclusive indoor restrooms
• Kitchen facilities which include sink , oven , stove top , refrigerator , freezer and ample countertop / prep room
• All-purpose room
• Tables and chairs to accommodate facility maximums
• Outdoor charcoal grill ( bring your own charcoal )
• Adjacent outdoor picnic tables
Park areas are not included in rental , they are open to the public . This includes play lots , open space and sport fields / courts .
Rental Schedules :
• Residents and nonresidents may rent through 4 / 30 / 24 .
• Rental reservations will be accepted for 5 / 1 / 24 - 9 / 2 / 24 beginning on the following dates : Residents : 3 / 13 / 24 Nonresidents : 3 / 20 / 24
• Only one event per fieldhouse per day is permitted .
Key pick up is 9 am-7 pm ( M-F ), 9 am-2:30 pm ( Sa & Su )
Available Rental Hours ( whole hours only starting at top of the hour ) 10 am-9 pm , M-Th 10 am-9:30 pm , F-Su and available holidays
Fieldhouses are unavailable for rental : Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Eve • Christmas Day • New Year ' s Eve • New Year ' s Day • Election Days • Day before Election Days
Special Notes :
• Johns Park fieldhouse unavailable 7 / 4 .
• Flick fieldhouse is not available during outdoor pool season .
• Flick , Swenson and Richardson Shelters only available April 1-November 30 .
