Explore the sights and sounds of Bollywood in this fun dance class for adults . Through movement exercises and choreography , students explore the concepts of rhythm , musicality and expression . All levels welcome . Reemlee Chowdhury instructs .

Students learn exercises to improve posture , lengthen the limbs , and increase agility through the art of ballet . Class includes a cardio warm up , floor work , and standing barre . Ballet attire is welcome , but not necessary .

This performing group builds on basic tap skills learned during the beginning level class including stretching , warm-up and work on tap technique with music . Tap shoes required . Taught by Teresa Grodsky ; instructor approval is required for this class .

This adult tap class is for beginner tappers and tappers who already have a basic concept of shuffle , flap , ball change , Irish , Maxie Ford , paradiddle and other basic steps . Two to four 8 counts are added to an ongoing routine per week . We emphasize the total development of the dancer , stressing timing , rhythm , coordination and performance .
