Dear friends and neighbors ,
Winter is fast approaching and here in Glenview , we can ’ t wait to enjoy a walk through the park with a cup of hot cocoa . This winter , we invite you to bundle up and enjoy nature in its beauty . And as always , we have plenty of fun programs and events for you and the whole family !

Share your wish list with Santa over Zoom ( page 14 ), or catch a glimpse of him over at The Grove during our Historic Window Walk ( page 9 ). New this year , join us for a Festival of Trees , where you can admire all the different ways there are to decorate a tree . Want to join in the fun ? Your family can host one of the trees and show off your decoration skills ( page 11 ).
If you ’ re planning for winter vacation , we have lots of activities to keep kids busy including Holiday Tennis Camp , Cool Ice Adventure Camp , Camp Rec Winter Break , Winter Nature Camp at The Grove and special Open Gym hours at Park Center ( pages 61-63 ).
We ’ re excited to announce the launch of an entirely new virtual fitness platform this winter – Fitness on the Go . Many local gyms are beginning to include access to “ Fitness on Demand ” or other standard virtual platforms as part of their membership . Our team took this concept a few steps farther to bring you a high-quality product that is uniquely Glenview .
Our new platform features classes taught by our very own professional trainers and instructors , filmed from the fitness studio at Park Center . Our team will continually upload fresh and new content from our instructors , based on the feedback we receive from you about what you ’ d like to see . What ’ s more – you can interact with our trained staff or other users on our forum message board . Get advice , share motivation and stay connected with our fitness community !
