DANCER STRETCH & STRENGTH WITH ASHLEY HOGUE – INTERMEDIATE
This class uses a lot of body weight strength exercises ( yoga , pilates , basic ballet ) followed by stretching and balance work . Every muscle in the body will be addressed , with a particular focus on seat and core . Participants need to bring a yoga mat and light set of weights ( 2 or 3 lbs ). Barefoot format .

BEGINNING ADULT TAP
Tap is a great way to exercise your body and mind ! This adult tap class is for beginner tappers and tappers who already have a basic concept of shuffle , flap , ball change , Irish , Maxie Ford , paradiddle and other basic steps . Two to four 8 counts are added to an ongoing routine per week . We emphasize the total development of the dancer , stressing timing , rhythm , coordination and performance .
