Childhood cancer awareness is so very important
because most people have no idea just how prevalent it
is in our community until it’s actually your child that is
diagnosed. Creating awareness in the community and
among peers of our children is crucial to raising funds
for clinical research, family assistance, and to teach
compassion and acceptance to others that may have
no idea. We love being involved in fundraisers and
community awareness events because it’s a way that
we can give back to all that have helped us throughout
treatment and at our lowest times. We are blessed
that Logan is healthy and strong and trying to live
a normal life of a 9 year old. So many families don’t
ever get that chance.
