INGREDIENTS
Pie crust
11 ounces thick-cut, smoked bacon
10 organic, large eggs
22 ounces whole milk
22 ounces heavy cream
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dress your pie crust with bacon strips.
2. Whisk together all other ingredients.
3. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
4. Let it rest before serving. and freeze.
