Cran-Dandy Cooler
This “mock”tail keeps all ages in mind for a refreshing treat. It’s a
perfect seasonal transition as summer’s tropical flavors give way
to fall’s berries and spices. (Yields 8 servings)
Ingredients
2 cups cranberry juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
1 jar maraschino cherries (drain & reserve juice)
2 tbs lemon juice
12 oz. (1 bottle) ginger ale, chilled
Round orange slices
Directions
Add all juices to a punch bowl or large pitcher.
Stir in the ginger ale.
Serve over ice.
Garnish cup with cherries and orange slices.
