Fitness Beam Run : Run through beams, lifting legs high over beams. Power Pushup : Place your hands on the elevated surface. Keeping your body straight, lower your chest to the elevated surface. Pause and push back to starting position, keeping core engaged. Inclined sit-up : Secure feet under bar with knees bent; lift upper body until head is approximately 1' (0,3m) from platform. Hold and then slowly lower upper body to resting position. here are many ways to stay fit and enjoy the great outdoors. This past month, we met up with local resident Luis Javier Seise to explore the World Trail exercise path at the Jessie Brock Community Center. Luis moved to Winter Garden with his family from Schenectady, New York sixteen years ago. He enjoys staying active and fit when not staying busy with his job at Urban Flats in downtown WG. Along the exercise trail, there are stations for chin-ups, inclined body curls, arm walks and body dips, beam jumps, push-ups, isometric squats, balancing, and step-up routines.
