our city has a lot of fitness activities to offer. This past month, we met up with local resident Luis Javier Seise to explore
the World Trail exercise path at the Jessie Brock Community Center. Luis moved to Winter Garden with his family from
Schenectady, New York sixteen years ago. He enjoys staying active and fit when not staying busy with his job at Urban
Flats in downtown WG. Along the exercise trail, there are stations for chin-ups, inclined body curls, arm walks and body
dips, beam jumps, push-ups, isometric squats, balancing, and step-up routines. Enjoy the great outdoors while staying
