It seems as though 2017 is just getting settled and here we are ushering in a
New Year! A year that is holding so much promise for so many aspects of The
WG, we are looking at so much growth, so much diversity, so much change,
and yet everything still remains the same.

Welcoming change is one of the best ways to expect great things to happen.
Look at the positives that you are taking into 2018 from 2017 and start
building on that. We have chosen not to have resolutions this year, Instead
we resolve to make changes! To change those things that we can in order to
improve ourselves.
