February has always been one of my favorite months . Not only because of Valentine ’ s Day , but because it is a guide for the rest of the ten months that follow . This month we celebrate the winners of our 3rd annual Cutest Couples Contest as well as all other finalists . Colin and Hope share the essence of love , commitment , and ... hope . They will be expecting their first baby girl this coming May and we couldn ' t be more excited . We would like to thank Market to Table and Plant Street Wellness Center for their generosity by donating some of our prizes to this wonderful couple .
February also focuses on not only the loving heart , but a healthy heart . We are here to help guide you through this holiday with gifts as well as give you some ideas for heart healthy exercises to make sure you can prosper through this year and come out of it happier and healthier .
Love and love of celebrating . Super Bowl 51 . Fat Tuesday . Chinese New Year , Valentine ’ s Day . Presidents Day . For those of us who share the faith there is the solemnity of Ash Wednesday , which is also the onset of Lent . Just remember that no matter where this month takes you , love happens everyday , not just on the 14th .
