1. Break up Cheese and add flour and one egg, then mix to make dough 2. Roll the dough in to little balls 3. Pour cooking oil in to a pot over the stove 4. Fry one or two at a time turning them frequently 5. Remove when dark golden brown 6. spread when warm with honey

chickpeas 2 stalks of Rosemary 7 oz. pureed

Directions
2 cloves garlic, minced 2 anchovy fillets 3 T. olive oil 8 oz. pasta of your choice
1. place the dried chickpeas in a bowl with water 2. drain the chickpeas. Place them in a pot with water. Add the stalk of rosemary. Cook over medium heat with pot covered for around 3 hours 3. Remove rosemary. Add salt to taste. 4. In a separate pot, heat the olive oil. Sautee the garlic, rosemary, and anchovy 5. Add the tomato and the chickpeas Stir to mix and add enough water to boil the pasta. Serve with good bread
