TAE KWON DO KENDO
Learn confidence, discipline, safety and wellness in
a modified Tae Kwon Do curriculum that challenges
you both physically and mentally. Through positive
reinforcement and earned rewards, participants progress
along a specialized Belt/Rank System. This modern Japanese martial art of sword-fighting is
based on traditional Japanese swordsmanship. Develop
agility and quickness, posture and poise; enhance your
concentration and the ability to make a decision while
improving your self-confidence.
