YOGA FOR THE HEART
Specifically for patients with Atrial
Fibrillation. Yoga has been shown
to improve symptoms, heart rate,
blood pressure, anxiety, depression
and improve quality of life. In this 12
week class led by a licensed physical
therapist and certified yoga instruc-
tor, participants will learn breathing
and awareness skills, postures, and
relaxation techniques. Must be able to
get down and up from the floor. Wear
modest, comfortable clothing. MAX: 18
