Swim Team Information Dolphin Aquatics ’ mission is to nurture the values of self-discipline , commitment , self-reliance , and responsibility . DA is a year round swim team where swimmers learn to become strong , efficient swimmers by repeatedly practicing and correcting strike technique and specific skills necessary to gain efficiency in the water . The team provides instruction in the four competitive strokes , starts , turns , and finishes . DA is a member of the United States swimming Association , Southern California Swimming Association , and Orange County Swim Conference .
