Christmas Tree Lighting Saturday , December 7 ( 4:00pm-9:00pm ) Volunteers wanted for the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony held at Laguna Niguel City Hall . Volunteers will help with the games , crafts , and character meet and greets .
