United Soccer Coaches has announced the 30 individuals selected from over 250 applicants as the 2022-23 class of the United Soccer Coaches 30 Under 30 Program .

Launched in 2013 , the 30 Under 30 Program is a year-long education and mentorship opportunity designed to support up-and-coming members of the coaching profession who are 30 years of age or younger . The program gives participants exposure to mentorship and the opportunity to take advantage of educational offerings , such as advanced diplomas and the United Soccer Coaches Convention .
