The Secondary Career Counseling program ’ s mission is to build strong relationships with students , staff , and community members to connect students with job shadowing experiences , field trips , and career exploration opportunities . The Career Counselors will listen to , and fulfill , the career related needs of the student population by being visible and receptive members of the school and surrounding community .
