Diversity Matters With the rollout of our new inclusion , diversity and equity ( ID & E ) policy , Cox set a goal to increase executive people of color representation by 50 % over five years . We have already improved that number by 17 %.
34 by 34 Cox set an ambitious goal to empower 34 million people to live more prosperous lives by 2034 . Known as 34 by 34 , the goal focuses on social issues that Cox businesses can positively impact — including access to technology , lifelong education , employment skills , good health , social equity and environmental equity .
