Group . Childs joins the firm after leading the litigation team of a large , international forest products company for the past 15 years . In that role , he oversaw hundreds of litigation matters and dozens of attorneys . Childs served as a partner at several national law firms where he litigated multi-party , multi-jurisdictional products liability , toxic tort , and environmental matters . His casework includes complicated scientific matters related to chemicals such as polychlorinated biphenyls ( PCB ), lead , metals , and solvents .
