Designed to encourage kids to fall in love with fitness !

Junior Strength , Cardio & Core | Ages 10 + A fun full-body strength and core class using a variety of adolescent appropriate strength training equipment such as TRX , Bosu , stability balls , bands , medicine balls and light dumbbells along with a mix of cardio exercises . Combining simple and compound exercises to strengthen muscles , burn calories to ignite the metabolic system and tone the body . Participants are required to bring a water bottle . Youth Athletic Training | Ages 10 + A boot camp style workout that is a fun , energetic mix of traditional calisthenic & body weight resistance exercises – combined with interval & strength training in every workout . It also includes various forms of cardio , core work and interval training utilizing bursts of high-intensity exercises appropriate for the adolescent athlete .
