Up-to-date liability waivers are required for all individuals to use the facility . If the individual is younger than 18 years of age , a parent or legal guardian must either be present to sign the liability waiver or a notarized copy of the waiver must be presented . Proof of residency must be provided to acquire the resident rate . Helmets , plastic capped elbow , and knee pads are required at all times while inside the Skatepark .
