Quick, Heart- Healthy Breakfast Ideas

Are you skipping breakfast because you just don’ t have time to eat in the morning? Health Expert, Amanda Nash shares her favorite quick and healthy breakfast ideas!
Healthy pancakes, made in the toaster oven.( Prepare your batter the night before: combine your dry ingredients – whole grain flour, a little bit of sugar, baking powder, chopped up walnuts, ground flax – with your wet ingredients – egg, vanilla and milk, beat it up and pop it in the fridge.)
Oatmeal with dried apricots, berries and almonds.
A breakfast wrap with egg, beans and veggies;( cooking your eggs in the microwave can be a major time saver).
Mini whole grain pita with almond butter and bananas, paired with a glass of milk.
