Best Companies to Work For Awards

arry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale was
recently recognized as a best place to work
for by two major media organizations. In
June, The Arizona Republic named the dealership
a “2017 Top Company to Work For in Arizona,”
the only new car retailer recognized on the
list for the second consecutive year. The next
month, LHM Dodge Ram Avondale was named
a “Best Dealership to Work For” by Automotive
News, an annual program dedicated to finding
and celebrating the best employers in the retail
automobile industry.
Employee incentive programs, flexible
work schedules, and community service all
factored into earning these accolades. Their
holiday bonus program, employee appreciation
celebrations, quarterly blood drives, and
Saturday lunches also helped in receiving the
well-deserved recognition.
