AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE PRESENTED TO THREE LHM DEALERSHIPS Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Avondale, Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale, and Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson have each earned the inaugural 2016 Fiat Chrysler Customer First Award for Excellence. Miller dealerships are three of only 124 selected out of 2,600 FCA dealerships in the U.S. In addition, they are the only stores in Arizona to be named to the list. FCA US created the Customer First Sales Manager Brent Wood and GM Larry Award for Watts with LHM Chrysler Jeep Tucson. Excellence with its dealer partners and J.D. VERONIKA EGGINTON VICE PRESIDENT OF DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT, MILLER AUTOMOTIVE OPERATIONS Veronika Egginton joined Miller Automotive Operations in 2015 and oversees all areas of web and digital development for Larry H. Miller Dealerships. Prior to joining the Group, Veronika held positions with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), including area sales manager for Fiat/Alfa Romeo West Business Center, Jeep incentive and events marketing manager and digital marketing manager in Phoenix, as well as manager of digital media optimization for FCA US, LLC in Auburn Hills, Michigan. She spent several years as an account manager with Microsoft focused on the Ford Motor Company and General Motors accounts and also managed accounts, including Lufthansa, Red Bull, and Citibank for the WPP. Veronika attended the Ludwig Erhard Business School in Karlsruhe, Germany, and the German Academy of Direct Marketing in Frankfurt. In her free time, Veronika enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, especially in the outdoors hiking. Veronika and her husband Michael have three children, and the family resides in South Jordan, Utah. ROMAN GELFAND GENERAL MANAGER, LHM NISSAN HIGHLANDS RANCH; LHM NISSAN SOUTHWEST Roman Gelfand first joined the LHM Group in 2012, bringing with him over 12 years of automotive experience. Roman was named store manager for LHM Nissan Highlands Ranch in Colorado in December 2014. When the Group acquired Nissan Southwest in 2016, Roman was named its GM. He looks forward to developing processes to maximize dealership sales at both stores with his employees. Roman has held many automotive roles which have given him valuable insight for his current role. His experience ranges from being a lot attendant in Arizona to managerial positions such as finance manager, finance director, and general sales manager. Roman is also a graduate of the Larry H. Miller Institute for General Manager Development. Roman earned his bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and sciences from Arizona State University. He is a sports fan, enjoys playing golf, attending sporting events, and watching his oldest son play hockey. Roman and his wife Carah are parents to two boys: Ari and Ian. The family lives in Denver, Colorado.
